I've worked in a big box store like that before. Around this time of year, it gets very busy and the quality of customer service goes way down. Your case won't matter because they know that they can't please every customer. As big of a deal as this is too you, thats how small of a deal it is to them. You were just one of probably 2000 people through their doors that day. They know that if they lose you as a customer, there is plenty of other customers out there. And most likely, you will go back eventually. Maybe not for a major purchase, but you will go back. I've seen it happen so many times. The best thing you can expect is for them to throw a gift card at you. ***This currently sits with the upper management of Best Buys Corporate office.*** I seriously doubt it. It probably sits in someone's 'deleted files' folder, or the trash can.
